Relationship between the floor number and the five-element
The floor number usually has a close relation with the five-element. The Chinese five elements refer to Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth. Hereunder is the relationship between the floor number and the five-element.
The first and sixth floor together with the floor number ending with 1 or 6 belongs to the Water element.
The second and seventh floor together with the floor number ending with 2 or 7 belongs to the Fire element.
The third and eighth floor together with the floor number ending with 3 or 8 belongs to the Wood element.
