Bathroom in North & Willow tree outside the house

We just moved into an old house. We have 3 bathrooms. 1 in each floor. All of them are located in the North sector. What should I do with this. I believe this is the career sector. In just 2 months after moving here my husband got laid off from work.
Outside our house. On the north sector as well. There are two small willow tree. It was used to separated our parking lot from the neighbor’s parking lot. Is they okey? Should it be removed? In case we cant remove the tree what is the best thing to do?
There’s a strange feeling in the house. I cant explain it. Do you think its the negative energy from the previous occupant? What should I do to clear this energy?
