1) What do you mean by the following written in your article? Does that means to never had the tree cut at all? What if it had been cut and left with the stump by the previous owner?
● The house should not have a big tree in front. If you need a big tree, you can plant it in the northwest of the house to protect your family. However, you should remember that never cut down the tree in this direction.
2) What do you mean by the following written in your article? What if it had been cut and left with the stump?
● The house should not have a dead tree in front, even if it is not big, because a dead tree is harmful to the aged in terms of Feng Shui and it should be eradicated.
Thank you.

Thank you for replying to my earlier queries.
What if a tree planted at the northwest of the house was cut down?
What are the implications and any counter measures for it?
Will this property still be a good buy?

It's not good to have a tree that was cut down in the northwest of the house. You'd better plant another one as a remedy if you want to buy it.
A dead tree doesn't mean a tree that is cut. If the tree is in front of the house and has been cut down, it doesn't matter to have stump left there.
