I need to transfer in a new job between the ghost month, Aug 14-Sept. 14, 2015.
Is that ok or will i just wait after.

The Ghost month in 2015 lasts from Aug. 14 to Sept. 12.
You don't need to wait. It's said that the ghost month is not good for wedding or give birth to a baby. It's ok to change job.
