Moving or Relocating to a new house

I would like to ask for the best or auspicious days and time to move or relocate into a new house this February, 2017? My husband's sign is a water dog and I'm a wood rat. Also, what are the rituals that we need to do during the transfer? thanks a lot.

May I have auspicious days & time for moving to a resale flat in March 2017? My husband zodiac is snake, myself is horse, my daughter is ox & son is dragon. Can cleaning and moving the big furniture in one day and actual moving (Ru huo ri) in another day? Thanks a lot
