Moving into a house that's not yet finish and no option to choose date

The owner of the house where these people currently resides are asking them to move out because he will be using the house and they were informed 2 days prior to move in on Saturday December 7, 2019. So they have no choice but to transfer to the new house on December 7, 2019 even though the house is not finish yet. What can they do to bring good luck and prosperity despite the circumstance?
3 family members will move in first this December 7, 2019 and other members will move in 2020.

Father - December 13, 1953
Niece - June 23, 1987
Mother - November 8, 1958
The rest of the family will move in next year (2020):
Hubby - June 1, 1987
Wife - September 25, 1988
Daughter - March 26, 2015
