Kitchen design

Hi Is a mirrored tile splash back behind a stove good Feng shui? Also I have an L shaped kitchen with an island bench. Currently the broom cupboard is at the end ( outside edge of kitchen into hallway) of the L shape next to fridge. Because the fridge is deeper than cupboards I am considering moving the broom cupboard on the inside of L on other side of fridge, which looks aesthetically better but I'm not to sure about having broom cupboard deeper into kitchen ( as I am a bit of a germaphobic lol), and was wondering if this too may not be good Feng shui.
