I was told that I should not lower the ceiling in my bedroom which is mainly in the South and slightly in the South West of the Bagua of my apartment because of the flying stars in 2016 and 2017. When would it be safe for me to allow someone to hammer away in my bedroom, add sound insulation and lower the ceiling?
