Sorry, we don't have a school to teach people palmistry. You can learn some basics online. There are also some books to help you learn palmistry such as:
Chinese Palmistry: A Guide to the Ancient Oriental Art of Hand Reading
Chinese Hand Analysis: The Buddhist Wu Hsing Method of Understanding Personality and Spiritual Potential
You can buy some books from amazon or eBay.
