I am a female dragon born on april 2, 1964 (lunar calendar). My future husband is a horse born on 10/26/1966 (Lunar calendar). We would like to get married by the end of the year of rooster. Otherwise, is it a good year for us to get married next year? would it be year of the dog?

It's both good for you to get married in year of the Rooster and Dog. If you get married in 2019 year of the Pig, that's not good.
December 8th, 11th, 19th, 20th and 28th are auspicious wedding date for you in 2017.
