Auspicious days and Bazi

Hi,
I am not sure to understand how to read the chinese calendar . Per example, May 20, 2020 in general is not an auspicious day for wedding but when I click on that date to see the details, between 11:00-22:59 is auspicious for weddings. And how can 15:00-16:59 be "bad" but auspicious for wedding?

15:00-16:59 is in general bad but there are still things auspicious to do during this time period such as Wedding, Adopting Children, Moving, Funeral.
