New House Front Door

Hi!
I am looking into buying a new home and I have a few questions about front door feng shui.
1) I am year of a female 1974 year of the Tiger and my Kua number is 7, so a property with a South (6 Killing) facing front door will not be favorable for me. However, I found this property with a South-facing front door and a West (favorable - personal growth) facing garage door and alternate exit. Is it OK for me to live in such a house if I never use the front door and only use the garage for entering and exiting the house?
2) If I am to move within the next few months, what days are favorable for me in December 2022 and January 2023?
