I found an apartment that matches my number, the apartment is in floor 8 and the number of apartment is 23. It is on top floor, is living on the top floor a good FS?

There are many advantages to choose the top floor. There is less noise, a better view, and usually more light for it.
8 is a very lucky number in Chinese culture as eight has the similar pronunciation with 发 (means wealth and fortune in Chinese).
