sleeping direction..

im confusing with all this sleeping direction which i google.. in chinese they say head at north is very good due to earth got gravity and say north is the best direction to sleep.. meanwhile i google in english.. they say north is worst because dead ppl sleep head point north.. so which is actually is accurate?
