Hi! May I clarify further, the positioning & direction of the 2 statement below:
1-if you sleep, sit or work by facing your lucky directions, and make your front door face those auspicious directions, you would be blessed
2-By sleeping with your head pointed to your lucky health direction, you will be blessed with a good physical condition.
Are they not contradict?
Pls give example how a person or the furniture should be placed or position & direction if kua is 9 east.

These are not contradict. As your Kua number is 9, it's good for you to sleep with you head facing Southeast. Work by facing East or South.
The best direction for Kua number 9 include South, East, Southeast, North and South. You can place the furniture at these directions of your house.
