Shifting in and Moving in dates

Hi can i check if i have a difference dates for both shifting in and moving in dates. Do i need to have both date to meet the auspicious dates?

i have 2 young kids with allergy , i would like to house them somewhere for a 2-3 days after we shift the main furniture and do cleaning up before we officially stay over.

Please advise which dates are best to follow or we have to met both?
