Metal lady in a full Fire house

Good day! I am a female Metal Monkey (1980) married to a Fire Snake (1977) and both my children also have the fire element (Fire Monkey & Fire Rooster). I am having many marital problems with my husband - especially financially. My children are very loving, but they are also very mischievous. I am constantly doing most of the work in the home and am constantly drained. As my element is dominated by the others, is there anything I can do/have to strengthen my position in the home and marriage?
