Looking for auspicious days to start my official name change process

I recently went to a fortune teller that suggested I change my Chinese name for better fortune, and have obtained a new name. I just would like to ask if there are any specific dates which would be auspicious for starting the name change process on my official documents?
There is no occasion related to start official name change process in Chinese Almanac.
You can choose any of the date that doesn't clash your animal sign to start it.
Name change is one of the ways to help you change your fortune, but it's impossible to have a good fortune after changing name if you do nothing but just wait for the coming of good luck. Only if you do much effort towards your goal could you make great success.
