Launching / Choosing the date of formation of my Company

Hi there, I have been working on the ideas and planning for my company for some time now and need to choose a date to incorporate the business. The company is a behavioural change application that also has books and later a podcast, studios, retreats. Focus on wellbeing and allowing people to be their best selves without too much pain or shame is the ethos of the business. Can you let me know when would be a good date to incorporate the company? I have been working on the ideas for 2 years and feel that the pregnancy of the ideas has taken too long and it is time to incorporate and move into the world as an entity and being so I want to get the launch date correct.
