Best Date for Wedding

Trying to find a lucky number for our wedding in December 2020. We plan on getting married in Bali and then having a reception in the Philippines. When choosing the auspicious date am I choosing the time zone where I live or the actual place the wedding will be held? I am a monkey and my fiance is a Horse and we currently reside in US.
