How to set up in a small house that shares functions in one room

My small house needs to be multi functional. The first floor is open the east side has an office area, dining room table, cabinets for dishes, living room area on the west side has a with sofa facing north (also front door to right side) and the west side of the room has a fixed wall bookcase library on the west wall that cannot be moved. I am limited in where I can put things. where do I set up my desk and computer for best success?
