Once started the renovation work , let say in Aug 9th, can be continue ?
Because after that will be 7th month in Lunar Calendar ?
Can do renovation in Month of 7th in Lunar calendar ?

No problem. You can continue once you start it on Aug 9th. It's superstitious to believe that renovation couldn't be done during the Ghost month.
