Auspicious Day for moving in Jan 2020

Hi,
I plan to move house in Jan 2020 before Chinese New Year. My wife and I have the same Zodiac sign (rabbit). I was given one date by a feng shui master ie 23rd Jan 2020. But looking at your auspicious dates in Jan 2020, I noticed 12th Jan 2020 is a good date. Can I move house on 12th Jan 2020 9am to 11am as it is stated auspicious on your calendar? Why the other feng shui master say there are no other auspicious dates in Jan 2020 except 23rd Jan for myself?
