my birthdate is april 23 1974 . i had opened a snack bar last march 16 2017 but unfortunately the place was flood last july and need to move and sign a new contract for the new place but since its a ghostmonth is there a best dates in signing a contract for the placethis august and i plan to open on october. please reconsider and give me good date in signing a contract this august and good dates in grand opening on october for a snack bar . thank you so much.
