What day month and year will be good for us to marry?

My fiancee is the year of the Ox and i am the year of the horse(woman). Will March 10 or 15th of 2017 be good time for us to just sign papers for marriage, without actual wedding ceremony or shall we postpone everything for next year?
2017 year of the Rooster is not a good year for you under the horse sign to get married because you are easy to have quarrels or conflicts during the preparation of the wedding. You'd better postpone it for next year if you could.
