Hello,
I'm born Aug 8, 1969 (Rooster) and my fiancé was born May 26, 1966 (Horse).
If your 2021 chart says "Evil Direction" for "North" on a particular day and the possible wedding venue is 45 minutes North East from our home. Is this bad? I don't know if I'm interpreting it correctly.

It's not bad. As long as it's not in the north direction from your home, that's okay. North East is okay.
