The corner of my bedroom wall aims at my bed

I have a bedroom wall corner that faces the side of my bed. I've hung a crystal on the ceiling by that corner as advised by what I read.
The head of my bed is situated on the main wall of the room, on the other side is the outside wall.
I am having health problems with my stomach and due to have an operation. Should I move my bed or use another remedy to prevent further health problems?
