Snake biting me on the right hand

I'm in a house, a small long brown snake really skinny an long. It bites my right hand between my thumb and index fingure. When I get a hold of its head it turns around a bites me, I pull it out of my hand and it keeps biting me repeatedly. Also I dream about a boa eating me head first.
