Sitting or Facing Directions

Hi, first of all, thanks for answering my previous question. Now I would like to ask about the Lucky & Wealth Direction towards the bottom of the chart. Is it the direction for sitting, facing or for my direction based on my birth date & year? And will the color of the clothes I wear affect it?
