Settlement/Closing AND Move In Dates

Hi
Please advise what day between 1/13/21and 1/19/21 would be best to sign contracts for closing settlement and what dates are best to move into the condo I’m purchasing. Would the same date apply fir signing a contract for a used vehicle. Already picked out the Jeep, just need to sign and pick it up.

January 15 is the good date for you to move into the condo. It also apply for signing a contract for a used vehicle. January 14 and January 17 are auspicious dates for you to move into the condo.
