Relationship between mother dog and son dragon

My relationship with my son difficult. How i can make it good? He has difficult relationship with his wife and son,who is spoiled by mom,become mean and extremely disrespectful. I'm worried about the boy character and emotional well being as an adult so is my son,but can't stand up against his wife. It's pretty sad that my son can't participate to raise his son by his beliefs and that makes his life very stressful. Maybe this situation make him be very unpainted with me.I'm worried.
