if i was born on 20 November,1974 and i concept on june 2017 , in this case i am not yet 43 years yet. which year should i count? is 42 or 43 years

You should subtract the lunar year of your birth which is 1974 from the lunar conception year which is 2017 and then plus one year to get your lunar age for baby gender prediction.
You are 44 years old in Chinese calendar. You may get a boy.
