Suppose if ones's DOB is 1 April 1982 and she conceives in December 2019.her real age at the time of conception comes as 36 years 8 months 27 days. Can this age be taken as 37 years in round figure or not?
And if it were 36 years 3 months and few days would it taken as 36 in round figure or still 37 years?

Her real age is counted as 37 when she is conceived. And her lunar age is 38.
