Piyao/Pixiu bracelet with Tigers eye stone in Mantra

Im born in 1991 which is under the chineses zodiac Metal Goat/Sheep. Can I wear the said bracelet? And should it be wore in a dominant or the non dominant hand?

But since we are not talking about the gemstones here alone.. and it comes with the piyao itself.. are there other exclusions on how to wear?
Projective gemstones should be worn on the left hand, absorbing one should be on the irght hand. Because tiger's eye is a projective gemstone, it is best to wear it on the left hand.
