Monthly sign + Day Sign

From what I'm experiencing right now, as well as from what I've heard/read from other sites, once you enter your teen years, your monthly sign becomes your current sign, and your day sign becomes your rising sign. (Unsure if this is true, as again this is mostly coming off from personal experience)

So if this is the case, then how would my true personality be right now with my monthly sign being a Metal Goat and my daily sign being a Wood Tiger?
