Your lunar birthday in 2015 falls on July 31. You can find it by the following way:
On Chinese calendar page (yourchineseastrology.com/calendar/), choose July 12th, 1976 and you can find that the lunar date for your birthday is June 16 on the right. Then change the calendar to July of 2015 and find the day with the lunar date of June 16 on the right.
