Heart line extending down back of hand. Is it possible?

I only noticed over last year that I have a strange line/crease that seems to extend from my heart line and down the back of my right hand. I do not have this crease on my left hand and it is very deep and pronounced when my pinky finger folds down. I definitely have no scarring or hand trauma that caused the crease. It just seems to have appeared within the last 2 years. Is there any meaning behind it?
