Head Line

Hello, I'm new and still trying to learn and I've been trying to read my own palms as practice.
The Head Lines on my right and left hands are drastically different. On the left hand, my head line is long, attached to the life line, and stretches the whole way across my hand at a slight downward bend onto the Mount of the Moon.
The right hand, however, I haven't been able to find an explanation for anywhere. It starts attached to my Life Line and runs at a slight downward bend until under my middle finger where it angles drastically down the middle of my palm. This is exactly where the fate line runs up my left hand. Is there some correlation? It runs the whole way down my palm and then there is a branch that runs down under the Mount of Venus.
