Dream with alot of blood coming from friends young daughter

What does or what could this mean? I have been a bit confused if I should call and share my dream with my friend, the daughter was 3-4 years old in the dream and she is now nearly 30, but she has a daughter that is a double of her at that age. Any suggestions?
