confusion about conceiving period

hi, my name is Kavita I have one baby boy and I m trying for baby girl my birth date is 16/05/1984 and my period starts yesterday 1/2/2016 the conceive period for baby girl according to chinese calender is starts from feb 8 for me then should I try in this month or should I try after next period pls suggest, thank you.
The date of conception is calculated from the first day of your last menstrual period.
February 8 to March 8 is one of the best time for you to conceive a baby girl. That means if your first day of last period happens during this period, you have more chances. As your last period starts yesterday, you can try in March on your ovulation date.
