Confusion on Chinese gender chart once again

Hi,according to Chinese Gender chart if I conceive on September and October it will be a baby girl, but if I conceive on November and December it will be a boy, so, so much confusion. Iam already worried because I have two baby daughters already, so this time surely wanting to have a boy. Hoping that you will reply very soon .Thankyou.
