Best date to Induce Labor

I have been asked to 'schedule' the date of our baby's induction... The father is 10/29/1993 and I am 05/10/1974 and while she is due 02/19/2017 they stated we would need to induce 1 week earlier due to my age. Is there a date that is best recommended?
02/10/2017 is an auspicious date for you to induce labor. If you could choose the day, that's much better.
