White dog, white puppies

I have two dreams by a week apart. First dream, I saw a friendly white dog on my compound. It kept on following me by my side.
Second dream was few days ago. I dreamed about a white puppy. I put it down on the floor. It was very friendly and wanted me to pet him but I told it to go out since we were in the hospital. It went out and I followed it from behind. Outside near the stairs, I saw few more white puppies. They were sitting and playing by themselves. One gave me a friendly bark. I can see their mum from a distance (10 meter away). It was also a white dog.
What do my dream mean?
