I was born on October 2,1966 (Fire Horse). I'm planning on taking over my daughter's small rice retailing business here at our local housing area, which my daughter closed last December 23, 2019. I would like to seek your advice on which date from today January 23 until January 31, 2020 to be considered as highly recommended date for me to reopen our small rice retailing store? Thanks
