Planning to move to a new apartment this august month.

Im planning to move in to my new apartment they said that its bad luck bcause its ghost month. What if i will only fix and organize everything in the house and send all things i needed bfore the auspicious date? Then i will only stay or start sleeping on the auspicious date. Is it okay? Any suggestions?
That's ok if you only fix or orgnize something in the house during the ghost month. Then you live and begin to sleep on an auspicious date. But, you'd better leave some important furniture such as the bed and some valued things in your house to move on the auspicious date.
