Where will i put my bracelet when i need to sleep? can i put it in my bedroom table and put the head towards the window? because i dont have silverbowl where i can put it. thanks.

You can wear it when you sleep if you don't feel uncomfortable. If you want to take it off when sleeping, you can put it on your bedroom table and let the head towards the door. Or, you can put it in the jewelry box.
