Owl statue facing backyard

I have a neighbor directly behind my house that installed on their pointed pergola a fake owl to distract the birds from nesting underneath the wooden beams. This owl looks directly at my backyard. It is very difficult to sit outside now. Any cures for this issue?

Well he took the owl down. I guess he can put it back up but I do want birds in my yard
Owl is not bad in Chinese Feng Shui. It can help ward off the evil spirit and bring good luck. You don't need to worry about that too much. It will not affect you.
