Do you mean the logo of the website? This is my understanding:
In the middle it's a pen for writing and there is Bagua (he 8 trigrams of Bagua 八卦)sign on the pen which indicated it's for explaining Feng Shui, telling fortune etc. The pen is composed of two colors blue and red which is the symbol of Yin and Yang. Two green grasses at the top may means new life. Leaning Chinese astrology may help you learn yourself better and guide you well in the future life thus give you a new life.
