Hello,
We know that chinese have 12 hours.
What about if someone born in lunar date 3/22/1983 23:45.
Are we count the day 22 or 23?
Because i logically think that at day 22 the hour 23.00 - 01.00 is already belong to day 23.

You should count the day 23 not 22.
