installing aircon in bedroom

There must be no clash to a person's Bazi, ie any pillars or just the year pillar? If aircon installed in that person's good direction SW or W, will it affect that person who is in a North room and what element is aircon, is it water. DOB is 19 Dec 1980 male. Tks.
